If within 7 days of receiving your order you decide that it's not suitable for any reason or if the size isn't right, you are welcome to return your order for an exchange or refund.

This is subject to our final quality assessment of your return to ensure it is in new & unworn condition, with all original tags & packaging intact.

We will provide you with your RA (return authority) number. Returns without a RA number will be refused.

Are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

New and unworn condition

We do not accept returns on items which show any signs of wear or accidental damage/marks. Items which have been misused, accidentally damaged or marked, mistreated or roughly handled will not be eligible for exchange or refund. We will return any such items to the customer in such cases. This decision will be made at our discretion.

All original tags must be intact (removal of any tags voids this return policy) and all original packaging must be returned as well.

Return shipping 

If you decide to return your order you'll need to pay for the cost of the return shipping. Any shipping costs paid are not eligible for refund or credit unless the item is found to be faulty. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe delivery back to San Sloane – if your item is lost in the post or damaged, San Sloane will not be held accountable. We recommend using registered post with signature for your return

Afterpay returns

If you purchased using Afterpay our regular returns policy & process will apply. Please follow our return instructions on this page. Once we have received & approved your return (within 24-72 hours) you will be issued with an exchange or refund, subject to our final quality assessment as detailed above. Once we process your return, Afterpay will simply refund any payments you have made to date & the billing cycle you have entered into with Afterpay will cease.
