Most of the time, the right size for you will simply be your regular size that you’d ordinarily purchase. We provide sizing charts on our product pages that you’ll find helpful. If you’re still unsure please email us cs@sansloane.com.au. Our friendly staff are ready to help & will respond quickly.

We offer Free Express Shipping on any order over $99.95 via Express Post, Australia wide. Expected transit times are shown when you check-out.

Orders under $99.95 AUD will incur a $6.95 shipping fee (via Express Post).

We offer very economical & fast shipping worldwide via DHL Express.

For most countries, transit time with DHL Express is just 2-4 business days from Australia.

Final shipping charges will be displayed at the check-out.

If you purchased using Afterpay our regular returns policy & process will apply. Please visit our Returns Policy page at the footer of our home page. Once we have received & approved your return (within 24-72 hours) you will be issued with an exchange or refund, subject to our final quality assessment as detailed in our Return Policy. Once we process your return, Afterpay will simply refund any payments you have made to date & the billing cycle you have entered into with Afterpay will cease.

If within 7 days of receiving your order you decide that it's not suitable for any reason or if the size isn't right, you are welcome to return your order for an exchange or refund.

This is subject to our final quality assessment of your return to ensure it is in new & unworn condition, with all original tags & packaging intact.

When shopping with us, you can select your preferred currency - the prices shown in your local currency are very accurate as per the live foreign exchange rate.

However, please keep in mind that exchange rates move minute by minute very slightly - this means that the charge which appears on your credit card or banking statement may be slightly different to the indicative charge displayed on our website whilst you were shopping with us. 

At the Checkout, you will be charged in AUD and your bank/payment provider will convert our AUD amount into your local currency.

When we issue a refund, we also refund you in AUD - please keep in mind that foreign exchange rates change slightly every day - this means that on your card statement, the refunded amount in your local currency will be slightly more or less than the original amount you paid. This is not in San Sloane's control and we will not be able to compensate you for differences or movements in exchange rates.

DUTIES & TAXES

We are required by Australian Law to declare the full value of the goods being shipped as 'merchandise' in AUD  - we are unable to declare a lower value as 'gift'.
